Job Summary

Provides dedicated project management for the Insights project portfolio, which includes a wide range of analytical projects in support of key company strategy and initiatives. Responsible for project intake, tracking, timelines, and communicating status. Identifies project relation to team/company strategic
objectives. Facilitates prioritization activities among senior members of the Insights team. Collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including levels on the Insights team as well as business partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages and controls, under limited direction, inter-related project activities for Insights project portfolio.
  • Establishes and monitors project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Manages activities of assigned project team.
  • Analyzes and shares project-specific insights and recommendations. Develops and maintains documentation for cross-functional efforts.
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of project results. Ensures established budget is adhered to and based upon project requirements.
  • Works with management (if necessary) to drive resolution of project conflicts.
  • Manages projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations.
  • Facilitates prioritization reviews.
  • Communicates project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment to make certain the impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities.
  • Communicates verbally and in writing with various audiences.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years Project management experience
  • Experience presenting and reporting on project plans to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of business practices in the field of Retail, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Digital preferred
  • Experience utilizing project management software and other standard project management scheduling tools,
  • Certification in Project Management (CAMP, PMP, etc.) as granted by PMI.
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Comfortable managing 100 small projects
  • Prior background in Analytics Project Management, understanding what it means to deliver dashboards, create insights reports, create validation aspects, and code reviews in the analytics space, etc. is highly preferred
