More Than a Job

We're hiring for an Audit Manager in our Marlton office. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

Detail review of audits, reviews and compilations in various industries including but not limited to SEC, middle market private and small business
Advanced technical knowledge of accounting and reporting standards
Identify audit and risk management issues and propose potential solutions through research and collaboration with Quality Review and Engagement Partner
Stay current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on their client engagements
Review audit procedures, workpapers and financial statements of staff with limited supervision from Partners
Train and mentor Senior and Staff, answer questions from staff and engagement team, as well as client and engagement partners
Communicate effectively with clients; challenge client data when necessary in a respectful and appropriate manner; develop long and positive client relations
Lead engagement planning meetings with team, identify strategic staffing structure for efficient scheduling
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and also work well with others
Preferred Qualifications

CPA License or on track to obtain
Master's degree in Accounting
Software Experience - CCH ProSystem, Microsoft Office 365
