Apogee Solutions, a Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support the Joint Staff J5 at the Pentagon. Qualified candidates must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

The Junior Program Analyst will provide administrative support to strategy development as well as operational and planning capabilities within the Joint Environment. The J5 is responsible for proposing strategies, plans, and policy recommendations to the Joint Staff. It provides military advice across the full spectrum of national security concerns and ensure recommendations are informed by larger strategic priorities.

The Junior Program Analyst will:
* Maintain Knowledge Management or Common Operational Picture of Strategy and Plan Assessments.
* Coordinate in-person and virtual briefings and meetings to include tracking and managing participation involvement, producing agendas and briefing materials, and presenting material as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of briefings, read-ahead materials, and other documentation supporting all seminars and meetings.
* Collect and process all incoming comments generated during briefings and coordination meetings and create a single matrix for consolidation and review.
* Assist in the creation of monthly reports on major development milestones in the planning process.
* Assist in facilitating quarterly planning exchanges for up to 100 participants with multiple working groups and occurring over multiple days.
* Function as a coordination event manager to guide coordination proceedings to make effective use of resources and guide diverse participants to meet stated objectives.
* Assist in the preparation of a findings report post-seminar, meeting, or conference and input results and any agreements into a standardized action tracking log that will track key issues, discussion points, and conclusions between and across events to ensure continuity.
* Prepare weekly briefings outlining weekly activities and all major anticipated milestones occurring over the next three months.
* Research existing CJCS, OSD, and Partner Agency Strategy, Policies, and/or doctrine to assist with the development of issue papers, position papers, and doctrine updates
* Assist in the daily management of the Task Management Tool (TMT) for Deputy Director Joint Strategic Planning (DDJSP) led projects.
* Provide administrative support as needed by the customer which may include handling requests to send or receive clearance information from division partners.

Required Experience:
* Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on an SSBI, SBPR, or PPR completed within the last four years
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 5 years active duty operational experience in a warfighting position
* Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting the Joint Staff, Military Service Staff, or a combatant command
* Demonstrated experience working in an interagency capacity
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft SharePoint
