ISC, a service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business is currently bidding on a Task Order at Fort Bliss and is sourcing candidates for the Project Manager (PM) Position. This person MUST have an active SECRET clearance.

On this Contract, the On Site Supervisor will oversee work in all areas of the contract.� Support includes but not limited to the GSO, deployment / redeployment, mobilization/ demobilization, Sustainment Readiness Model (SRM) which include the SRC Deployment/Out-Load Node, Force Modernization and Garrison, current, and future plans and operations on Fort Bragg.

The PM will be overall responsible for the program with 24/7 reach back support to ISC's President. The PM shall highly experienced in all task areas whether as a Civilian Contractor in a similar role or as a Military member.

General Requirements:

Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively carry out all contract requirements.� � They shall have a command of both the written and spoken English language to properly, clearly, and effectively communicate in person or via electronic devices (telephone or Email) with co-workers, customers, and the general public.
� Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall be U.S. citizens unless the provisions of Army Regulation 25-2, Information Assurance have been fully complied with and approval has been granted by the Government for the non-U.S. citizen to perform the required support.
� Access and General Protection/Security Policy and Procedures: All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall comply with applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, local security policies and security procedures provided by the Security Manager Government representative. Contractor personnel shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements required by the installation Provost Marshal Office, Director of Emergency Services Physical Security Office.� � Contractor personnel shall comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by DoD, HQ Department of Army (DA) or local policies.� � In addition to the changes otherwise authorized by this contract, should the Force Protection Condition (FPCON) at any individual facility or installation change, the Government may require changes in Contractor and subcontractor security matters or processes IAW AR 190-13 and AR 525-13.
All Contractor personnel shall be able to operate a personal computer (PC) with a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) and Data/web based systems required for task area performing work.
All personnel shall have a working knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships (e.g., Company, Battalion, Brigade, Division, etc.).
All personnel shall possess an operational working knowledge of mobilization/demobilization.
� All personnel whose tasks involve operation of any vehicles, must possess a valid U.S. state driver's license, applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated.� � 
� All personnel shall be able to work under stressful conditions and be physically able to demonstrate the support tasks to standard.
On Site Lead� Qualification Requirements:

The Contract Manager (CM) shall have a minimum of a relevant, business-related two year college degree or a Program Manager Professional (PMP) certification.� � 
The CM shall also have at least five years of documented experience in the management of a Mobilization/Demobilization, Deployment/Redeployment multifunction operations. The five years of experience requirement cited must be within the most recent eight-year period.� � 
The CM shall also have documented experience managing a team of at least 20 personnel in any relevant discipline for at least 3 years.�
