Microwave Techniques is searching for a Electrical Wiring Assembler - Senior Point to Point - in our Nashua, New Hampshire location. Don't let the title fool you, this position is not a bench job, you will be assembling from point A to point B within the equipment.

What will you do in this role?

• Responsible for POINT to POINT wiring and assembling mechanical and electrical devices according to mechanical drawings and schematics
• Must be highly proficient in point to point wiring and reading schematics
• Building large electrical panels from scratch - installing large components and point to point wiring from schematics
• Use hand and power tools, fixtures, and templates to align, fit, and assemble component parts into completed units
• Collect parts from a list for assembly of components
• Crimping and splicing of wires, basic soldering, and wire harnessing
• Use of common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers, eventually troubleshooting when necessary
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter data into the work order tracking system
• Work effectively in a team environment or independently when required
• Follow established procedures on routine work with limited supervision
• Able to communicate effectively
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude
• Capable of switching from one task to another as priorities change
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

What do you need to be successful?

• Experience with point to point wiring of large systems
• Able to use hand tools, various power tools, volt meters, power supplies, etc.
• General computer knowledge navigation skills to enter data into recordkeeping system
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Attend work consistently per established schedule with a dependable source of transportation
• Ability to maneuver within tight quarters connecting wires and assemblies

The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (subject to change). Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and supplied by Microwave Techniques, including a safety shoe and safety glasses reimbursement program.
