We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team to provide Program Management Support Services to the Program Executive Office Submarines for In Service Submarines (TEAM SUB In-Service) offices at the Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard in Washington DC. Multiple positions are immediately available in the areas of:

KMS Solutions supports the following TEAM SUB In-Service program offices: Undersea Special Mission Systems (PMS 390), In-Service Attack Submarines Program Office (PMS 392), Advanced Undersea Systems Program Office (PMS 394), In-Service Strategic Submarines Program Office (PMS 396), and Submarine Safety and Quality Assurance (SEA 07Q). Currently available positions are located in the NAVSEA PMS 390 Program Office and in NAVSEA 07Q. Major support areas and responsibilities include:

Job Overview & Responsibilities:

The Management Analyst analyzes available information to identify technical problems related to the TEAM SUBS. Service Program Office they are supporting, defines the nature and extent of the problems and develops economical recommendations to address these issues.

Essential Functions include:

Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing operations and information associated with Special Operations Forces platforms and compare to emerging related technological improvements.
Analyzing relevant technical and financial data.
Preparing and solving mathematical models
Developing and/or presenting reports of findings
Experience leading a project and interfacing with customers.
Knowledge of program management and Department of Defense acquisition processes

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience)
3 years or more of relevant experience
SECRET DoD security clearance
Experience with Department of Defense programs and processes

Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience with Department of the Navy programs and processes.
Experience with NAVSEA and TEAM SUB associated Program Offices and associated platforms and systems.
Knowledge of Deep Submergence Systems Scope of Certification
Experience with SOF Assets to include Dry Deck Shelters and SOF Host Submarines
Experience with the Navy's Quality Assurance Program
Experience with Navy budgeting and financial management processes
Supervisory Responsibility:

These positions do not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

The positions are in professional office environments
The positions do not require specific physical demands other than the ability to work onsite and support occasional travel.
Work hours are flexible, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Up to 40% telework (i.e., 2 days per week) may be approved, but full-time telework or remote work is not an option
