What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates?

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inbound Inspector who will validate and review product to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards and customer special quality requirements using basic inspection tools and equipment. This person will work with company internal departments to conclude final quality analysis.

What will you be doing?

* Investigate and resolve customer or supplier rejections and claims

* Provide corrective action and root cause analysis as needed

* Work jointly with suppliers on resolving rejections and other errors

* Support all quality teams on clarification of item requirements

* Quarantine defective stock while taking measure to ensure the issue is caught and resolved before leaving the facility

* Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

* Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

* Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions

* Able to perform audits internally and externally

* Works on special or ongoing projects.

* Prepares metrics and delivers to management

* Perform additional duties as requested

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

* SAP system knowledge- (Highly preferred)
* Certification in Quality Auditor or Quality improvements- (Highly desired)
* Certification on blueprint reading and shop math (Required)
* Outstanding communication and relationship building skills (Verbal and Written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel)
* Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
* Be a critical and analytical thinker & problem solver.
* Sound judgement abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail with an error-free work product
* Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
* Additional duties as they may be assigned.


* 4+ years aerospace fasteners quality inspection experience a plus
* Extensive experience with implementation of corrective action programs
* First article of Inspection (Required)
* Excel skills: Proficient
* Additional education and/or related training is a huge plus

Rate of Pay:

* $19.00

* Full-time

* Permanent

* 2 Schedule Options

o (5/8/40)- Standard 40 Hour Schedule

o (9/8/80)- Alternative Work Schedule (Every other week a day off)

* Annual Bonus: 5% of Base
