Title:

Costpoint Senior Business Analyst-Remote

  • Support the functional users of Costpoint with understanding of Costpoint master data
  • Program Management experience with system implementations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, policies & procedures relating to Costpoint functional support
  • Experience across both Costpoint and Time and Expense
  • Experience with Costpoint implementation of non-Costpoint systems to Costpoint
  • Knowledge of system interfaces
  • Support month end close processes and understand and run batch processing
  • Assist that all processes are designed to meet SOX, audit and security requirements
  • Work with IT to evaluate, escalate and resolve defects within Costpoint
  • Costpoint Accounts/ORGs/and Pools Setup
  • Experience with allocation process
  • Support upgrades through testing and troubleshooting before the application of system changes.
  • Support user questions via tickets, emails or phone conversations
  • Experience with Billing
  • Assist with special projects

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience in government contracting, equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Deltek Costpoint experience required, version 7 or higher
  • Program Management Experience
  • Working knowledge of front end Costpoint screens, functions and job processing
  • Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Experience in both Costpoint and Time and Expense systems
  • Experience with functional support for Costpoint. This includes system upgrades, planning, design, SOX/Audits as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Understanding of PL/SQL scripts and queries, a plus
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • US citizenship is required
  • Some evenings and weekend work may be required
