Title:

LCV EUCOM Poland NW: GS Site Supervisor

Located at the site, is responsible for implementing all activities associated with an industrial maintenance project that typically employs up to 25 - 350 employees (both direct hires and subcontract workers) in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of the company. Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industry. Supervises through subordinate leaders employees who have experience as industrial maintenance mechanics, in the construction trades, or other services such as laundry, food, morale welfare and recreation (MWR) or others.

Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Must be fluent in English (Read, write and speak).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of Work Instructions, Desk Operating Procedures and Service Desk
  • Experience with Custodial Services
  • Experience with Construction
  • Experience with overseeing Subcontractors
  • Experience collaborating with Human Resources to resolve employee workplace issues
  • Experience collaborating with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) professionals to resolve and prevent HSE issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of budget management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of contract requirements and contract management
  • Takes ownership of Base Operations to maintain the Camp in a professional manner
  • Works well with other departments
  • Keeps Management informed of issues and concerns
  • Enforces the Companies Zero Harm and Courage to Care Philosophy
  • Working knowledge of TDB Med 530, 577, Mil-Standards 3006C
  • Effective Communication with their peers
  • Experience Writing and compiling reports
  • Undergraduate or Technical Degree or Trades Certification or Licensure (HVAC, Electric, Power Generation)
