Title:

JTDI Senior Systems Analyst

KBR is currently seeking an experienced IT Senior Systems Analyst (SSA) for the Joint Technical Integration (JTDI) Program to provide technical system and network administrative support for the) NAVAIR Fleet Standard Array (NFSA) and JTDI Delivery Management Service (JDMS) systems located in a Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) enclave at NAS Patuxent River. The SSA must be customer focused with knowledge maintaining RDT&T test and staging systems to include IT systems and network integration with Linux, Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 Operating Systems (OSs). This position requires a basic understanding of current DoD infrastructure supporting new emerging cloud edge computing capabilities. The IT technologies that support data transfer to include but not limited to sFTP, HTTPS/REST, IIS, Java, and .NET based applications, local area networks (LANS), and Wide Area Networks (WANs) with knowledge of TCP/IP infrastructure. The SSA will be part of a team with primary responsibility to design, integrate, configuration, test and deploy systems and infrastructure components. The SSA will ensure IT systems meet Information Assurance (IA) Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authority to Operate (ATO) and Interim Approval to Test (IATT) criteria for integration support.

The SSA will provide Tier 3 level sustainment support RDT&E systems to include system problem diagnosis, root cause analysis and problem resolution. Sustainment activities may include design and development of interim technical solutions to meet mission needs. The SSA will support the NFSA sustainment and deployment teams, JTDI sustainment and In-service Engineering and NFSA/JTDI Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and IA teams to implement compliant well design systems that support DoD maintenance and logistics data transport.

SAA Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with NFSA and JTDI project, Integration lead and government IPT leads to integrate RDT&E systems
  • Provide continual service improvement feedback on sustainment support activities and make recommendations to improve NFSA and JTDI supported systems
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to assist team members problem resolution.
  • Support IA team Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) requests and response for integration activities
  • Develop and implement integration scripts, tasks, and schedule jobs to support RDT&E system maintenance and testing leveraging scripting languages that include PowerShell, Linux/Unix Shell/NAWK and other scripting technologies.
  • Integrate HBSS, McAfee anti-virus, and ACAS applications with RDT&E systems
  • Maintain RMF IA compliance to include IA vulnerability management (IAVM), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) updates, and POA&M reporting

SAA Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Technology, degree and 8 years relevant experience or 10 years’ experience in lieu of a degree
  • Hypervisor technologies to include VMware vSphere ESXi and Microsoft Server 2016 Hyper-V
  • AWS and Azure cloud services
  • Experience with Linux and Microsoft Operating Systems 2016 to 2019
  • Experience with a variety of LAN switching and TCP/IP networking technologies
  • Current Security +
  • Current Operating System (OS) or Cloud certification
  • Able to obtain Secret clearance with SSBI or Top-Secret Clearance (preferred)
