Aviation Logistics Requirements Analyst

Then join KBR as an Aviation Logistics Requirements Analyst to support the requirements and resourcing for the Navy and Marine Corps fleet. You will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations Staff (OPNAV), Logistics & Readiness Branch (N980L) through two major activities:

• Implement policy, guidance, and oversight of the Fixed Induction Date (FID) and Integrated Maintenance Review Board (IMRB) processes.
• Provide office management support to the Logistics & Readiness Branch

This position analyst interacts across the Logistics & Readiness Branch, OPNAV, and Pentagon staff and with Program Offices, Fleet Support Teams (FST), NAVAIR Competencies, and Type Commanders (TYCOMs). We are looking for a candidate to integration and manage FID and IMRB processes to minimize war fighting risk and maintain superior Navy and Marine Corps capability against the global threat.

Specific tasks in support of N980L requirements/resourcing officers include:

• Participate and manage policy and planning for FID and IMRB processes and decisions
• Provide office management support to OPNAV Logistics & Readiness including Naval Messages and other communications, document management, security support, and personnel management.
• Provide integrated logistics research support to N980L portfolio programs.
• Liaison with N980L portfolio stakeholders and participate in meetings and working groups

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience participating in or providing OPNAV or other Navy/Marine Corps headquarters/senior staff-level business operations.
• Must have an active SECRET clearance at start
• Knowledge and understanding of a variety of Navy/Marine Corps business systems, including:
• Defense Information System for Security (DISS) / Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
• Naval Defense – Naval Message – System; Automated Message Handling System (AMHS)
• Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP)
• Naval Logistics Information Systems including Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE), and Aircraft Inventory and Readiness Reporting System (AIRRS)
