• Experience Required: 2 to 5 years working on Oracle Retail solutions – RMS, RPM, ReSA, PDH, MFCS and RPCS
• Experience Desired: Retail technology
• Education Desired: Bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities

• Experience supporting Oracle ERP Retails solutions – RMS, RPM, ReSA preferably the cloud SaaS solutions which include PDH, MFCS, RPCS.
• Develop and implement procedures and documentation for ensuring ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of the environment consistent with industry standards.
• Perform the maintenance activities which include upgrades, monitoring, and configuration.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Review assignment of tickets and works on incident resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for high priority/repetitive incidents.
• Lead identification of risks, actions, and issues through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders and various teams.
• Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality
• Responsible for escalation when service levels are missed or at risk and coordinate resolution of issues with the functional team.
• Work with other IT teams for continuous improvement of the overall IT organization.
• Effectively collaborates and coordinates across geographically distributed teams.
• Ensure communication of change implementations and service impacts
