Up to $75,000
Determine daily production requirements and plan accordingly.
Delegate personnel to work areas.
Ensure work is completed.
Assist Plant Manager with month end inventory.
Order supplies necessary for production.
Enter production numbers into manufacturing computer system daily.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
Select, orientate, and train employees.
Educate and direct personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
Evaluate Personnel performance.
Full-Time Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30PM-12AM (Must train on 1st shift, 10AM-7PM for your first 4 weeks)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary starting at $65,000-75,000 upon experience

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must have experience hiring, coaching, promoting, orienting, counseling, training, budgeting, disciplining, scheduling, directing, terminating, developing, and measuring performance.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of production leadership experience.
Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background check.
MANDATORY Overtime assigned on Saturdays.
