Junior Survey Analyst - Military veterans preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Survey Analyst to join our growing team. This is an onsite position in Chantilly, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Support Survey team with the analysis and presentation of annual survey data throughout the survey administration and dissemination process
  Develop briefing decks for every major organization within client’s workforce
• Work, communicate and maintain relationship with client on a daily basis
• Create Excel deliverables by aggregating various data sources and designing spreadsheets into completed deliverables
• Create Briefer Training resources (PowerPoint deck, communication materials, and speaker documents)
• Perform ad-hoc data aggregation requests (Excel) from ECS Program Manager
• Manage communications before, during, and after the survey
• Update communications materials as needed, including written and visual materials
• Manage the stakeholder and champion network for the survey, including responding to questions and updating accesses to necessary applications
• Manage the ECS Team inbox and coordinate responses with the ECS Program Manager as needed

Clearance

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Data Quality Management experience
• Microsoft Outlook experience
• Microsoft Word experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint experience
• Ad Hoc Reporting experience

Desired Qualifications

• SPSS experience
• Survey experience
