Red-Spark is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Analyst to play a key part in business intelligence, achieving growth and revenue targets, implementing industry standards, and driving thought leadership to develop strategic initiatives and execute product vision. This role will be responsible for ownership of analytics, optimization, and technical operations across the company’s programmatic advertising platform and other product lines.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and monitor revenue, inventory quality, and other KPIs on a daily basis to uncover significant growth opportunities.
Provide recommendations on partner performance, yield optimization, and traffic quality measurement.
Identify new levers for platform optimization, analyze ongoing activity with current partners and onboard new partners.
Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Ad Ops department, including the development of tools, processes and reports related to job responsibilities
Work with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that automate and improve internal and client ad ops and trafficking operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Account Management, Engineering, Product and Marketing
Driving insight and understanding of RTB dynamics to identify opportunities
Creating and monitoring reporting to support revenue and performance management
Actively monitoring the opportunity matrix between demand and supply partners
Recognizing, analyzing and quickly solving discrepancies between ad servers
What you’ll need:
2+ years of digital marketing industry experience, exceeding ROI goals, and contributing to revenue growth.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising exchange ecosystem, key participants, and core technologies (e.g. experience working with ad servers, ad networks and exchanges, SSP, DSP, agency trading desks, etc.).
Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems through quantitative observation.
Proactive, highly analytical, and committed to making data-driven decisions.
Experience with SQL is a must.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python - advantage.
Programming experience with R or similar statistical computing language - advantage.
