What we’re looking for:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be a self-starter who consistently demonstrates initiative and drive, manages implementations and changes, simplifies the environment to increase reliability and reduce support burden, provides exceptional support, works with and elevates the broader team. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize critical tasks and projects.

What you'll do: 

• Accountability for ensuring that all network and related systems environments are available 24/7 through monitoring and alerting – Internet, WAN, wired, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SASE
• Ensure the security of the environment through monitoring, event correlation, patching, and lifecycle planning
• Leverage configuration management and software tools to automate network and systems infrastructure via scripting, PowerShell, Power Automate, and other automation platforms
• Manage and optimize our directory services – Okta, AD, AAD, DNS – and content management and Atlassian platforms – SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Atlassian, Jira, Confluence
• Assist in the design, documentation, configuration, integration, installation, and change management of complex network and systems infrastructure - on-premise and cloud
• Contribute and participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, security, and incident response planning and activation

What you'll need: 

• Curiosity and possess a tenacity for learning
• At least 5 years of enterprise experience, SaaS environment preferred
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • Demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Thorough understanding and experience supporting and automating the provisioning and management of the following operating systems in an enterprise environment - Windows / Linux / MacOS
• Expertise supporting directory services including Okta, AD, AAD, and DNS along with migration from on-premise to cloud, and content, project, and ticketing systems.
• Microsoft/Networking/Security/AWS/Atlassian Certifications desired
