Position Summary:


We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainer - Simulation Center. The primary function of the Instructor is to teach courses on behalf of the simulation center.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Teach and Serve as the primary instructor for courses
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Maintain regulatory course standards for all courses
    • Participate in relevant internal and external meetings
    • Escalate to leadership as necessary (i.e. issues, concerns, faculty questions, feedback)
    • Set up, support & breakdown & trouble shoot Space & Equipment & Software for Courses
    • Recruit & Train & Schedule appropriate faculty for Courses

Minimum Qualifications:


To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree with BLS Instructor or ACLS Instructor certifications



Required Licenses: BLS or ACLS

Preferred Qualifications:


Preferred experience in teaching BLS, ACLS & PALS.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $35.13 - $40.00 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
