Securitas Technology is seeking technically minded individuals possessing experience with low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. Our teams are responsible for providing service on Securitas Technology products at customer sites. The position provides customer contact for all post-installation problems on security systems and equipment, as well as, special project work, when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair Intrusion and hold up systems, including control panels and communication systems, integrated lock controlling devices, motion detectors, door, safe and vault contacts, vibration and sound sensors, hold up activation devices.
- Service and repair Access control system, including locking devices, card readers, power supplies and controlling systems
- Programming CCTV systems, DVR and NVR, setting up and adjusting cameras system components
- Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assists with contract retention
- Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ Locksmith experience in banking field preferred
- 1+ years’ experience key duplications using key machines.
- Valid state driver’s license without restrictions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Locksmith License or Certification
- 1+ years’ experience installing or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, CCTV security systems
- 2+ years' - CCTV Service/installation
- 2+ years' - Intrusion Service/Installation
- Experience performing vault maintenance, ATM maintenance.
- DMP experience
