DataPath is seeking 27 Network Engineers.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

GAIT is a colorless Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) transport network that connects the Army's Regional Hub Node (RHNs) and their enclaves of baseband equipment; multiple Department of Defense (DoD) Teleports (SATCOM only), and other Points of Presence (POP) together in support of a global tactical network which facilitates training, contingencies, and operational missions on a global scale. GAIT POPs are an extension of the RHN colorless sub- system and as such are configuration managed, maintained and life cycled as part of the RHN Program of Record (POR).

The Government requires the technical, network and SATCOM professionals to perform technical services in support of the GAIT NSC operations. The NSC plays a major role in effort to support portions of the Army's network architecture, all variations of the WIN-T network configuration and implementations. PM Tactical Network employs satellite engineers, satellite technicians, network technicians, network engineers, cyber security/information assurance technicians and other technical experts during program and project planning and management. This PWS defines the professional services required by the Government for both network and iDirect®/SATCOM technical/engineering support for the GAIT NSC operational mission.

Minimum Requirements:
â?¢ Bachelor's degree in networking/telecommunications or applicable work experience can be used as a substitute.
â?¢ Must have active DoD Secret security clearance.

Note: Pay Range for this position once an offer letter has been extended will be based on (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other applicable laws.
