Who We Are

BHGRE Metro Brokers was started with one office and a handful of sales associates in 1979 by John Hartrampf. More than 30 years later, BHGRE Metro Brokers is one of the nation's largest full-service real estate companies and the world's largest Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise.

Under the leadership of Kevin Levent, who became President and CEO in 1996, the company has experienced exponential sales growth facilitated by the addition of more than 2,000 new sales associates. Levent is considered a visionary by sales associates as well as many industry leaders, especially in the area of technology.

Another key decision by Levent was Metro Brokers' affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2009. While Metro Brokers remains an independently owned and operated firm, our affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has translated into increased brand name recognition in Atlanta and throughout the country.

Who You Are

A Real Estate Outside Sales Professional is a real estate agent who manages all aspects of a home purchase and sale. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will come up with creative ideas to make your clients' home stand out amongst other homes so they can sell it quickly and for a favorable deal.

The ideal sales professional will be an innovative and creative thinker. Strong communication skills and an ability to build quality relationships with clients is critical to the role.

In this role, you will...

  • Represent your clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
  • Show a desire to forge connections, build trust, and manage long-term relationships with individuals.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
As a company, we will...

  • Empower you by tapping into our vast brand and market presence throughout the community.
  • Share our supportive workplace culture with you to help you meet your clients' needs.
  • Compensate you competitively and support you in building your portfolio.
