Schedule: Full-time 3 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends
Experience Preferences
One of the following: CNA certification, PCT Training Program, or EMT Training
2 years healthcare experience in a fast paced inpatient environment
Phlebotomy and reading EKGs
Job Overview
The Patient Care Technician 2 under general direction of Nursing Staff, performs duties requiring knowledge of basic patient care values and knowledge of medical terminology. Performs direct technical care, helps with personal hygiene, and dietary needs. Duties may vary by assigned area or shift. May handle medications by responsibilities.

What can you expect to do as a PCT II?

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
