Columbine West Health & Rehab located at 940 Worthington Circle, Fort Collins, is hiring a quality CNA-Medication Aide who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our elderly patients and residents at our beautiful Fort Collins, CO location.

Starting wages $19.00 - $30.00/hr. base pay based on years of experience, plus shift differentials!

Work Schedule - Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts
- Days: 6am-2:30pm, Eves: 2pm-10:30pm, Overnights: 10pm-6:30am
- 4 hour, 8 hour, and 12 hour shifts available.
- Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid.
Qualifications: - Licensed CNA in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
- 17 years of age or older.
