Client Service AVP - FX and FX Options - Military veterans preferred

What will you be doing? Providing first line client business support via global inbox and hotlines Troubleshooting a variety of setup, pricing and trade queries relating to BARX, working with associated teams and applications to reach resolution Analyzing potential risk or trade exposure, escalating to the relevant trading or management teams, and involving our risk and compliance partners where necessary Taking ownership and accountability of customer queries and problems, run real-time management and co-ordination of system outages with IT Working with the development team, trading, and sales colleagues to enhance the client experience and to improve system functionality Managing system upgrades and testing on weekends at regular intervals throughout the year What we’re looking for: Knowledge of FX and some knowledge of FX Option product types Prior experience of servicing clients preferably within a client support role background Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills with analytical and quantitative ability, comfort using Excel, and outstanding troubleshooting skills Willingness/ability to work Sunday shifts
