Production Maintenance Supervisor

KBR’s areas of expertise include engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity.

This role is with KBR’s GAM, Global Asset Management group. At GAM, we provide our customers with a range of services including Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Project Management?

The Production Maintenance Supervisor will:

  • Oversee and manage maintenance activities for a diverse and dynamic team.
  • Have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance activities to ensure the uninterrupted operation of advanced electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Supervise a multi-faceted team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure work accuracy and safety.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Be committed to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Experience using a CMMS to plan and execute maintenance activities.
  • Be able to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with 7 years of related experience.
  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced electronic and mechanical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing advanced manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Suite) and maintenance management software.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
