1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $13,000

3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $15,000

5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $20,000

Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours based on experience (full time only)

$7,000 Relocation Assistance (full time only)

Overview:

Mercy Springfield is currently hiring an exceptional nurse for the Float Pool unit! This position is a part-time RN position (24 hours/week) Benefit eligible. Shift to be determined. Based upon candidate experience, this role has the potential to float to multiple areas, excluding ICU and ED. Float Pool RNs will rotate daily to assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
• Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
