Occupation Summary
This occupation will be used to fill job vacancies when internal postings and external search for qualified candidates fails to result in a qualified candidate being hired.

Work Performed

A Learner is by definition a training position for a specific occupation. Training for a Learner position will be accomplished through OJT working with experienced personnel.
Work performed will be based on the job occupation for which the candidate is hired. When posting internally and externally for the job, job being filled will be identified.
Once a Learner demonstrates proficiency, he/she will be moved to the occupation and labor grade of the job he/she has been trained for.
Performs duties incidental to the accomplishment of the assigned task.
Each employee will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping in his/her work area as directed as well as assuring the accuracy of their work.
Minimum Qualifications
High School graduate with one (1) year work experience preferred.
