We have an immediate opening for a **Warehouse Associate** to join our dynamic team in **Seattle, WA**. If you have receiving and/or shipping experience as well as basic computer skills - we really want to talk with you! You can build your knowledge of HVAC-R equipment as you stretch your self-directed muscles and stay in physical shape by lifting up to 50 pounds independently (and up to100 pounds with assistance). Johnstone offers a 1 year training program in warehouse logistics, receiving and customer service. Also, through Johnstone University you will have access to a robust offering of courses that you can utilize to build the skills for your personal career path.

**As a Warehouse Associate, you will:**
* Help manage and maintain inventory
* Ensure customers receive amazing customer service
* Responsible for safeguarding the work area and warehouse and make sure they are clean
* Work well as a team player
* Work on special projects as assigned
* Back up delivery driver as needed
**To succeed in your role as a Warehouse Associate**, you will bring with you:
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, up to 100 lbs with assistance daily
* Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere utilizing RF scanners helpful, but not required
* The ability to work independent of direct supervision within the warehouse
* High School diploma or GED
* Ability to be forklift certified within 90 days of hire
