Job DetailsJob LocationIL - Bolingbrook Metro - Bolingbrook, ILSalary Range$18.00 Job ShiftDayWarehouse Material Handler (Bolingbrook)Monday-Friday8:00am-4:30pm$18 per hourSummary:The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw material, finished goods and packaging to and from the production lines. This position will be responsible for receiving, loading, and storing material in a timely and accurate manner. The Material Handler will be expected to work independently and will need to follow instructions when duties are not specifically directed.Responsibilities:Pull product from inventory and place in the designated area of the warehouseCheck out all product received for quality and quantityMove stock to designated area of the warehouseLoad product onto conveyor belt systemVerify product quality through daily inspectionAssist with unloading of product from system into truck when necessaryAssist with loading product onto truck when necessaryAssist with unloading materials from vehicle when necessaryResponsible for maintaining clean, organized and safe working environmentOther duties as assigned by supervisorRequired Skills: •Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and multiple tasks at a time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively while on your feet. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. •Must have good vision ability as well as the ability to read small print. All attention to detail is required. •Must have mechanical aptitude. Must be able to understand basic math operations. Must be able to identify parts numbers. Must be able to identify colors. Must have good work ethic. Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours a day (concrete floor). Ability to walk on your feet for 8 hours a day (concrete floor). Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, walk on rooftops, push or pull carts as needed.
