**Job Description**

**Purpose of the Job:**

This position will support companys warehouse operations and perform an array of duties.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Perform and oversee general warehouse support including, but not limited to, processing of documents, equipment inventory, portal management and database maintenance.

* Responsible for administrative support activities, shipping, and RMA processes.

* Provide effective and responsive service to each department and outside vendors.

* Pack equipment and supplies to prepare for shipping.

* Create packing lists for outbound shipments.

* Track all inbound and outbound shipments/deliveries.

* Verify all shipments received for accuracy and completeness.

* Creating shipping labels for outbound shipments.

* Pack, stock, organize and re-arrange products in warehouse.

* Keep warehouse premises neat and clean.

* Organize and maintain record of inventory to ensure up to date.

* Monitor and manage inventory control.

* Handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.

* Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

* Handle delicate and sensitive products with the utmost care.

* Drive vans, trucks, passenger cars to transport warehouse materials and equipment.

* Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

* Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

* Other duties assigned by managers.

**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* High school diploma or equivalent. One-year business school training or related work experience is preferred.

* Self-starter with the ability to work well with different teams

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Experience with inventory software

**Abilities Required:**

* Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent documentation skills

* Proven ability to work independently

* Must be able to multitask efficiently

* Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast pace, high growth, entrepreneurial environment

**Language Skills:**

Be able to read, write, and speak English.
