**Warehouse Associate**

Lantronix has three (3) openings for Warehouse Associates to join our engineering operations team based in Minnetonka, MN. These roles are responsible for the accurate and timely shipment of domestic and international customer orders as well as maintaining clean, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. The individuals we seek will possess a stable work history, demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Accurately package, label, and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment methods and shipping charges

* Ensure all items are packaged and shipped to customer requirements

* Create and prepare detailed and accurate domestic and international documents to accompany shipments per requirements

* Organize stock within the warehouse by storing the goods in their designated location

* Transfer product from one location to another

* Keep management aware of shortages to maintain accurate counts

* Loading and wrapping stock on pallets, loading, and unloading delivery vehicles

* Verify incoming shipment to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition

* Keep warehouse clean and orderly throughout the day

* Can work independently and with others to complete tasks

* Other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements include:

* Minimum education; high school diploma or GED.

* At least two years prior work experience to include a combination of general laborer, packing and/or shipping experience.

* Valid drivers license and verifiable clean driving record.

* Physically, must have ability to stand and walk-through warehouse consistently 6+ hours per day. Undeterred by bending and heights. Must be able to lift light articles with occasional need to lift 40+ pounds.

* Ability to type on a computer keyboard, use a computer mouse and an electronic scanner

* Operating knowledge of personal computers

* Demonstrated attention to detail and good organizational skills, ability to effectively communicate errors

* Fluency in oral and written English communication skills are essential to read work instructions and write, clear, accurate shipping details

* Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once

* Interpersonal skills are essential, working as a team and with other departments

* Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when needed to fulfill unpredictable warehouse needs and spikes in volume

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with IFS, Logistic shipping system or any ERP system is desirable.

* Previous RF scanner experience

* Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
