For more company information, please visit our web site at . **Job Responsibilities** * Process orders using the following: UPS World ship, FedEx ship and other LTL sites * Process international shipments and documents, HTS codes and export requirements * Ability to prioritize orders and handle multiple demands and changes on short notice * Maintain shipping/receiving procedures * Provide back-up support to other warehouse tasks when needed * Responsible for improving and maintaining pick/pack accuracy * Organize shipping/receiving area and supplies * Provide support for receiving all deliveries * Troubleshoot and verify shipments * Maintain serialization documentation * Detail oriented * Provide quotes for shipping estimates (weights/dimensions/price) * Additional duties as required * Ability to read and interpret documents such as BOM, SDS, procedures, parts manuals, and invoices **Qualifications / Requirements:** * Must have strong communication and organization skills * Must work well in a high stress, fast paced environment * Must have strong record keeping and documentation skills to assure that all required documentation is completed for all packaging and shipments * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines * Must be able to work in a team environment. Ability to read, understand and carry out written instruction * Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions * Prior Material Handling experience required as well as prior shipping & receiving experience * Job requires ability to bend, twist, turn and climb. Repetitive use of hands and arms. With the ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly. * Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly. * High attention to detail * Positive demeanor, dependability, reliability, and strong work ethic This is a Monday thru Friday position 8 am to 5 pm.
