**Warehouse Associate (Outlet, North Austin)**
**Warehouse - Austin, TX - Full Time**
**APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS**
The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of duties to manage the flow of reverse logistics materials including, but not limited to, inbound processing, product inspection, and product disposition.
**Bonuses**
* $100-$200 Sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days)

* Up to$100 monthly attendance bonus
* Variable quarterly bonuses
**IN THIS ROLE**
* Loading and unloading containers/trucks
* Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse
* Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to:
* Customer orders and labels
* Manifest documents
* Packing list
* Stock receipts
* Bill of ladings as needed
* Meet productivity requirements as needed
* Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment
* Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
* Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
* Other duties as assigned by Management
**THE IDEAL PERSON**
* 1+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
* Experience in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel desired, but not required
* Ability to creative problem solve
* Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities
* Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance
* Ability to stand/lift for up to 8 hours
