**Warehouse Associate**
Miami **Position Overview and Summary:**
Pull materials against orders, packing them for delivery. Maintain and document products shipped. Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records while ensuring quality inspections. This job requires lifting items and sorting aircraft parts. (Consumables and Components)
**Principal Duties:**
A high level of attention to detail and organization required
* Unload and sort out merchandise
* Handle logistics for sales and purchase orders (domestic, import and export shipments)
* Incoming inspection of aircraft spare parts and paperwork
* Follow all safety codes
* Follow strict packing procedures for Aircraft Material
* Complete inventory stock count periodically, and raise discrepancies to Manager
* Keep store clean and in accordance with authority & company standards
* Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager
**Supervision Received:**
Autonomous profile reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager
**Required Qualifications:**
* Requires a high school education or equivalent
* Effective communication and writing skills (English & Spanish)
* Candidate must have a valid driving license, passport or be illegible to obtain one
**Preferred/ Desired Qualifications:**
* Experience utilizing online shipping tools such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL systems.
* Experience with Pentagon 2000, Quantum, SAP or other ERP (strongly recommended but not necessary)
* Preferable Experience in Aircraft spare parts (Receiving/Outgoing inspection of aircraft materials)
* Solid PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
* Proactive, professional, self-starter and able to work well in teams
