Lutron Ketra has immediate openings on our 8:00am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6:00pm shifts for Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators of all experience levels at our new Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Austin, TX. In this position you would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high-tech company working in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
  • Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment
  • Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner
  • Learn our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
  • Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment
  • Desire to learn additional warehouse equipment
  • 1 year shipping or receiving experience (preferred)
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have a valid Drivers License
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
  • Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures
