**Description**
**Responsibilities (summary):** Fill fulfillment based on orders. Disassemble returned package/components. Repackage products according to instruction. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the physical transportation of incoming and outgoing materials and maintaining inventory levels.
**Specific Job Function:**
* Preparing dock for incoming Trucks scheduled for the day, load and unload materials.
* Complete Packing Slip Verification with receipt quantities and file documents appropriately
* Verifies actual counts reported on documentation and provides notifications when errors are identified with incoming material.
* Prepare fulfillment orders for shipment and process orders through shipping platform (Amazon.com, Costco.com)
* Break down returns, track inventory of salvageable materials into IFS system, repackage systems with materials and accurately report into IFS system.
* Operate materials-handling equipment to move large volumes of materials.
* Support fulfillment specialist in maintaining inventory requirements to assist in optimizing shipment efficiency.
* Keep workspace cleaned and organized daily.
* Contribute ideas to improve and optimize operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Maintain accurate reporting of labor through use of labor tracking system.
**Requirements:**
* Ability to operate excel/computer
* High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or prior apprenticeship.
* Basic math and computer skills needed.
* Knowledge of inventory systems and processes
* Knowledge of Amazon fulfillment processes helpful
* Forklift Certification required: stand-up, sit down, rider.
* Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., physical exertion is common to many tasks
