**Warehouse Associate (Part-Time/Seasonal) Summary**
**Main Functional Responsibilities**
* Pick various materials, parts, and assemblies from warehouse and various staging locations for production area or shipping area use.
* Prepare and stage materials and tools for optimal production/shipping use.
* Use Syteline ERP system to complete required material movements and research as required.
* Replenish and return materials as needed per request, visual indicators, or if found defective.
* Look for ways to constantly reduce inventories, manage kanbans, and assuring good communication among team members.
* Apply continuous improvement methods to identify and reduce pick errors, process issues, and quality concerns.
* Read basic work instructions to determine materials staging and preparation methods needed to support assembly work.
* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory, focusing on timeliness and accuracy.
* Referring to production orders, locates materials and supplies, accurately pulling inventory from assigned bin locations to support and execute pick/pack operations numerous times per workday.
* Maintains an awareness of schedules and deadlines, adapts to changing work priorities throughout the shift.
* Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
* Perform weigh counts for WIP returns to inventory.
* Perform and transact system cycle counts as instructed.
* Remove all recyclables from the assembly floor.
* Prepare work orders for the assembly/packaging operations.
* Operate small bagging and packaging equipment.
* Consistently uses strength, dexterity, flexibility balance and good body mechanics when performing essential functions. Follows appropriate safety policies and procedures of APG as well as community and regulatory instruction.
* Reports all broken and malfunctioning equipment immediately.
* Maintains a good record of attendance and punctuality as defined by APGs policy. Records all time worked accurately and consistently using the timekeeping method provided by APG.
* Willingly completes other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
This job operates in an indoor setting. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
**Physical Demands**

* Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
* Ability to understand planned order reports and open order reports generated by Syteline.
* Ability to operate electric pallet jack and forklift.
* Ability to read and understand design drawings.
* Ability to differentiate colors
* Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, weigh scales, etc.
