Nashville, TN / Operations Nashville, Tennessee / Full-Time Due to increased growth and demand of our product, our Operations Department is looking to add a Warehouse Associate in our Nashville facility. If these values are important to you too, we want you on our team! **YOUR ROLE:** **What you get:** Full-time position, consistent 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm **(no late nights or weekends!)** Competitive hourly pay of $16-$18/hr. 401K plan Medical, vision, dental, and supplemental life insurance PTO - vacation, sick, and holiday pay Student loan reimbursement program **What you'll do:** Assist in the process of loading and unloading our top-of-the-line replacement windows, patio doors, and entry doors. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and defects. Organize shipments appropriately. Manage the inventory process alongside the Operation Manager. Check, verify, and fill customer invoices. Process, pack, and ship orders accurately. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Work together with the team to find creative solutions to optimize warehouse procedures. **(Forklifts are NOT used in this role.)** **What you need:** High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license. 2+ years of warehouse experience. Ability to lift heavy items as needed. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player. Ability to maintain a positive, energetic attitude. Good time management and organization skills.
