Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing and innovative team. Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for coordinating warehouse activities of the depot including receiving, loading, warehouse cleanliness and fleet upkeep and maintenance.
**Position Description**
As a Warehouse Associate with Restaurant Technologies, youll play a critical role in setting our service and distribution teams up for success on daily routes and customer calls. Your contribution in loading/unloading delivery trucks and insuring service vans are stocked appropriately will help contribute to the depot and company goal attainment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Picks, processes, and packages material called out on Sales Order/Pick Ticket
* Fleet upkeep including cleanliness, stocking and loading of trucks
* Maneuvering trucks around the warehouse/Depot
* Ensures product is labeled and packaged according to RT specifications
* Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat; comply with procedures, rules and regulations
**Position Requirements**
* Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license
* 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
* A clean driving record, CDL preferred but not required
* Ability to work variety of day, weekend and/or overnight shift (specific schedule will be discussed upon interview)
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
* Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by hand or cart
* Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
* Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
* No major moving/traffic violations within the past 5 years (including but not limited to):
+ DUI
+ Driving while suspended/revoked
+ Excessive Speed
+ Reckless/Careless Driving
+ Distracted Driving
+ Improper Lane Change
