TEAM UP WITH US!

The Warehouse Rep is responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving for his or her respective warehouse. They must be diligent in maintaining inventory and ensuring all shipping and receiving is performed accurately and timely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Demonstrate urgency, attention to detail and a positive attitude in every task performed.

* Communicate with all departments.

* Process shipping and receiving for local warehouse.

* Receive merchandise checks and signs delivery slips and assists with unloading as necessary.

* Inspect all incoming goods against packing slips, reports quantity discrepancies and damaged goods.

* Apply protective coats and package goods to be shipped.

* Prepare packing lists, labels and BOL.

* Process shipments and inventory transfers in ERP system.

* Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store material.

* Perform inventory cycle counts.

* Maintain storage area, organize and place stock on shelves.

* Perform daily warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties.

* Participate in all required training programs.

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

* General Computer literacy skills.

* Experience working with ERP system a plus.
