**Description**

**We are offering a new hire bonus of up to $900. Earn $300 after 3 months of employment and another $600 after 6 months of employment with QBP**

+ Primary hours will be 12-8 Monday - Friday, but likely shifting to 1-9 at some point this spring as business increases

**What you will do**

* Perform all Inbound tasks

* Receiving

* Restock

* RRX

* Warehouse transfers

* Non-Con picking

* Train on and operate power equipment safely

* Perform replens, picking and packing duties as Outbound surge support

* Work well in a team and be self-directed as needed

*Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

**What you need to succeed:**

**Qualifications**

* Able to work effectively with or without supervision

* Respond positively to change

* Strong attention to detail and communication skills preferred

* Able to work effectively under pressure

* Willingness to work safely and engage in continuous improvement

* Basic computer skills a plus

* Forklift experience a plus but not necessary

* Ability to wear company-provided cut-resistant gloves

**Other related criteria**

* Able to lift up to 55 lbs. repeatedly and team lift up to 115lbs.

* Able to walk and stand up to 10 hrs. per shift

* Able to work a flexible schedule

* You may be required to work overtime and on weekends given business needs
