Warehouse Associate - Military veterans preferred

Fighters Market (www.fightersmarket.com) is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms and Apparel business. Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking for a results-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for online AND in-store sales activities. The ideal employee will be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and exceed company expectations. Knowledge of the jiu-jitsu industry is a plus.

**Availability:** Immediately

**Schedule:** 40 hr weeks, open availability (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm)

**Hourly Wage:** $18.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**

- Process, package and ship orders accurately and efficiently

- Organize stocks and maintain inventory

- Inspect products for defects and damages

- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments

- Organize warehouse space

- Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory items appropriately

- Check, verify and fill customer invoices

- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

- Performs other duties as requested

**Requirements**

- Proven warehouse experience (minimum 2 years working in a warehouse facility)

- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data

- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations

- Basic math and recording abilities

- Team player with organizational skills

- Great communication and interpersonal abilities

- Keen eye for detail

- High school diploma

- Drivers license with a clean driver's record

- Occasional overtime
