**JOB SUMMARY**
Warehouse Worker job summary. Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, pick up and deliver of orders.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accept and receive freight from freight companies after inspecting and verifying condition of shipment and noting of any damage to shipment documents.
- Maintains & creates bin location so that all parts have a respective location according to size and/or product group.
- Check in and receive all incoming inventory Locate parts in there prospective locations
- Ensures accuracy of parts inventory by performing cycle and random bin counts.
- Researches discrepancies on orders and/or invoices (e.g. overages, shortages, and duplicate, damaged) for the purpose of correcting errors and/or returning damaged/incorrect parts.
- Pick and pull parts for out outgoing parts orders
- Deliver and pick up parts from vendors & customers
- Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing support to warehouse and sales staff.
- Maintain work area and surrounding areas for cleanliness, organization, proper supplies required to perform duties.
- Participates in annual and random physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
* Proven ability to set and achieve goals
* Basic computer knowledge
* Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping and receiving of parcel and freight.
* Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
