**Summary/Objective**

To assist the Fulfillment Squad Leaders in completing the mission provided by Grunt Style. Pick, Pack and Ship Team members are detail oriented and have better than average coordination to operate equipment and ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders being picked and shipped. They must have the good judgment to perform complicated tasks and must be able to work closely with other team members without constant supervision. Skilled fulfillment team members are constantly alert and observant of their surroundings.

**Essential Functions**

* Prepares shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; determines the most economical and efficient shipping method; selects appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery.

* Check items to be shipped against invoices to ensure that quantity, destination, and routing is all correct.

* Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped.

* Track inventory and communicate inventory needs with production.

* Pick orders for shipping accurately and in a timely manner.

* Inspect and pack orders that have been picked and are ready to ship.

* Meet shipping goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

* Cleaning and Restocking areas assigned.

**Required Education and Experience**

* High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate.

* Some fulfillment experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a non air conditioned warehouse setting. Noise levels may be high due to forklift and compressor use.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position that requires some weekend work. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No travel is expected for this position.
