**Job Id:** 5837 **# of Openings:** 0 Medical Delivery Driver- Fort Wayne ***We are looking for No-Contact delivery drivers with small fuel-efficient vehicles to deliver medication to nursing facilities across Northwest In and Southeast MI*** Criteria:

* Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle to make deliveries

* Be at least 21 years old

Requirements:

* Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle check.

* Ability to pass a drug screen

* Dependable

Following documents are required for the on-boarding process:

* Valid driver's license

* Auto Insurance Declaration page for vehicle

* Local Criminal Background Check

* 3-year Motor Vehicle Record
