Warehouse Associate 15 Per Hour
Description
Our Warehouse Associate is responsible for selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. May be required to operate a pallet jack or forklift.
This is a part time, hourly, non-exempt position. **Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.**
**Employees qualify for a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, life insurance, and paid time off after 60 days. Full time employees received paid holidays and vacation accrual after 90 days.**
* Hand selects orders in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 - 55 degrees.
* Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
* Operates an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
* Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
* Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment.
* Shrink-wraps product on loading dock.
* Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
* 18+, high school diploma or GED required.
* Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established.
* Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
* Must pass pre-employment testing.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, transverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for 8+ hours.
