Our products and services simplify complexity, reduce risk, and extend the capabilities of the engineers and organizations making the worlds power grids and essential process industries more reliable, efficient, sustainable, and secure. **About the Role** Were looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team where youll be picking raw materials for manufacturing and placing them neatly in a tote while maintaining inventory counts. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of manufacturing while utilizing safe work practices. Occasionally, you may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should be willing to operate machinery, work autonomously, and be willing to take charge of completing tasks! If you have a high school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of warehouse experience or training, wed like to hear from you! **Responsibilities:**
+ Picking all items for a manufacturing build and placing them neatly in totes.
+ Move totes or boxes (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) using safe lifting techniques.
+ Utilize order picker and forklift to pick, pack and crate material as needed.
+ Sustain a high level of accuracy for materials selected.
+ Work efficiently and effectively with other team members.
+ Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
+ Cross-train in other warehouse duties (shipping, receiving, etc), as necessary.
+ Other tasks as assigned by supervisor (ex: building small sub-assemblies).
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Able to read, write, and count accurately.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Able to work overtime.
+ High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Able to be on stand/walk for 8 hours and operate heavy machinery as required.
+ Represent NovaTech Automation Values Service, Innovation, Integrity and Teamwork
