Home Health - Social Worker - Washington, MO
Full Time or Part Time Available
$5,000 sign on bonus!
- This position provides in-home social work services to patients within the following Mercy footprint.
- Servicing the following counties: Franklin County, Crawford County, Gasconade County, and Warren County
- Gas mileage reimbursement: $0.655/Mi
- Day One Medical Benefits, PTO Accrual, 401K Match
Overview:To assist clinic patients to access services and referrals as needed. To follow clinic policies and procedures for all financial and adherence requirements.
Qualifications:- Education: Master's in Social Work required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of Clinical Experience.
- Preferred Experience: One year of clinical social work.
- Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
