 As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.   • Lead the implementation and configuration of Kitewheel Journey Analytics platform to capture and analyze customer journey data.
  • Integrate Kitewheel with other data sources and marketing platforms for seamless data flow.
  • Design and implement scalable and cost-effective cloud architecture to support customer journey analytics and machine learning workloads. 
  • Integrate various cloud services and tools to create an end-to-end data processing pipeline.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization using customer journey data and other relevant data sources.
  • Continuously optimize and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Analyze customer journey data to gain insights into customer behavior, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies to protect sensitive customer data and maintain data privacy.
  • Monitor cloud resource usage and implement cost optimization strategies to control cloud infrastructure expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and IT, to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, machine learning, and customer analytics.
  • Identify innovative solutions and opportunities to enhance customer journey analytics capabilities.
  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience in Java, JavaScript.
  • Solid experience in using any databases (Oracle/DB2 or MS SQL Server).
  • Solid experience in JavaScript.
  • Solid experience integrating with REST APIs.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.?

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974.00 to $149,880.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
