Job Details The Inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant provides acute care services to cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary and medical-surgical patients as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Physical Therapy treatments of patients Education of patients and family members Work with an interdisciplinary team for individualized care and transition planning Requirements: NYS Physical Therapist Assistant license Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1-2 years’ experience preferred BLS required within 60 days of hire Salary Range USD $29.13 - USD $42.25 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
