Case Manager - Military veterans preferred

Status: Full Time HourlyFLSA Classification: Non-ExemptSummary of Position: Case Manager working for the Orange County Improving Families Program.The successful applicant will possess stellar credentials in working successfully with youth, families and communities to safely manage troubled families in their homes with intensive case management and wrap-around support.Responsibility of Case Manager is to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and ensure implementation of direct services to assigned clients and families.All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.Successful applicants will be well versed in child welfare and neighborhood-based approaches to aiding youth and families in crisisQualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Required or experience in Child Welfare generally preferred.Must be able to type and be computer literate.Bilingual applicants are encouraged to applyPosition requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.Salary: $38,000 per yearBenefits Available:Medical/PrescriptionDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityUNUMPaid time offHoliday Pay403(b) Retirement Savings Plan.
